This young lady by her Posh Name is Elmarlay Cosmic Starlight she is Lunar's daughter to Demilune Tormist Mr Oliver (owned by Jan Francis - Norvin Birmans) At home she is simply known as Sharnie, she is the spit of her mom with similar eye colour
